浅埋偏压隧道存在较为不利的非对称压力,易造成隧道发生塌方等事故,建设过程中采用合理的隧道支护力学参数显得尤为重要。围岩松动圈理论为隧道支护提供了可靠依据,但浅埋偏压隧道围岩松动圈的影响因素较多、原因复杂;通过对隧道现场充分的调查分析,遴选4个主要的影响因素:地下水、隧道岩层产状、隧道地形偏压情况以及隧道埋深;基于二次正交组合设计原理,采用4因素5水平试验方案,通过声波测试,按照对应设计水平进行了17次隧道现场围岩松动圈测试。经过计算分析得出显著性最大者为围岩含水情况,其次为隧道埋深和偏压率,岩层产状对围岩松动圈影响最小。
Shallow bias tunnels have more unfavorable asymmetric pressure and easily cause landslides and other accidents in tunnels. It is particularly important to adopt reasonable tunnel support mechanical parameters in the construction process. The loose rock theory of surrounding rock provides a reliable basis for tunnel support, but the influencing factors of surrounding rock loose ring in shallow buried tunnel are complex and the reasons are complex. Through the full investigation and analysis of the tunnel site, four main influencing factors are selected: Groundwater, formation of tunnel rock formation, tunnel topography bias and tunnel depth. Based on quadratic orthogonal combination design principle, 4-level and 5-level experimental scheme was adopted, through sound wave test, 17 tunnels surrounding rock Loose circle test. After calculated and analyzed, the most significant one is the surrounding rock water content, followed by the tunnel depth and the bias rate, and the rock formation has the least influence on the surrounding rock loose ring.
