目的观察NP方案与参一胶囊联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法采用NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者48例,化疗同时服用参一胶囊。结果可评价疗效病例48例,总有效率46%,腺癌有效率高于鳞癌,主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制,但远低于单用NP方案发生率。结论NP方案与参一胶囊联合治疗能够提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效,而且可以降低化疗毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect and toxicity of NP regimen combined with Shenyi capsule in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in 48 patients with chemotherapy while taking a capsule. Results 48 cases could be evaluated curative effect, the total effective rate was 46%. The effective rate of adenocarcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma. The main toxicity was bone marrow suppression, but much lower than that of single NP regimen. Conclusion The combination of NP and Shenyi Capsule can improve the curative effect of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy. It is worth to be used clinically.
