吉林省自1991年开始依据《中国5岁以下儿童生命监测方案》要求,按分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取我省一市(吉林市)两县(盘石县和龙县)为监测地区,监测地区的0～4岁儿童均为监测对象.现已完成了5年监测地区0～4岁儿童死亡监测工作.
Since 1991, Jilin Province has selected two counties (one in Jilin City and one in Longxian County) of Jilin Province as the monitoring area according to the requirements of the “Life Surveillance Program for Children Under 5 Years Old in China” according to a stratified cluster random sampling method. The children aged 0-4 years in the monitoring area are monitored, and the death monitoring of children aged 0-4 years in the monitoring area has been completed in 5 years.
