目的 探讨适利达对复杂性青光眼的疗效。方法 观察20例33眼复杂性青光眼在适利达加入原有抗青光眼药物治疗后的眼压变化及副作用。结果 加用适利达前後的平均眼压分别为27.12±mmHg及20.09±4.90mmHg,眼压差为7.02±5.69mmHg,差别显著(P<0.001),降幅为25.88％;适利达降眼压效果的个体差异较大;付作用较少,但个别患者出现强烈刺激症状。结论(1)对复杂性青光眼,在原有药物治疗的同时加用适利达可进一步降低眼压;(2)适利达的降压作用存在较大个体差异;(3)除个别患者出现强烈刺激症状外,适利达的副作用轻微。
Objective To investigate the effect of QiLida on complex glaucoma. Methods The intraocular pressure (IOP) and side effects of 20 glaucoma complicated with glaucoma in 20 patients with glaucoma complicated with glaucoma were observed. Conclusions (1) For complicated glaucoma, the use of Shida Lidi can reduce the intraocular pressure (IOP) at the same time. (2) there is a large individual difference in the antihypertensive effects of CRL. (3) Stimulate the symptoms, the side effects of the mild side.
