目的:评估一项低成本的新加坡马来女性社区减重项目的可行性。方法:(1)实验设计:从当地女性机构中募集愿意减重的马来女性,通过6个月的社区活动以改良其生活方式,每个月人均花费34美元。(2)参与人员:共有142名马来女性参加本研究,其中112名女性[BMI(29.0±5.7)kg/m2]完成。(3)干预方法:参加人员自愿选择膳食替代法,其中59名女性每天进行1次膳食替代。(4)结果指标:在干预前、3个月和6个月后分别进行人体测量和空腹生化指标测试。结果:干预3个月后每天选择1次膳食替代的女性的腰围和空腹血糖显著下降,干预6个月后选择膳食替代法女性的体重维持效果好于未选择膳食替代法的女性。结论:社区减重项目结合膳食替代法对于身体代谢有良好效果,并且成本低,具有可行性。
Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility of a low-cost Singapore women’s community weight reduction program in Malaya. Methods: (1) Experimental Design: Raising Malay women who are willing to lose weight from local female institutions and improving their lifestyle through six months of community activities, costing US $ 34 per person per month. (2) Participants: A total of 142 Malay women participated in the study, of which 112 women [BMI (29.0 ± 5.7) kg / m2] completed. (3) Intervention method: Participants volunteered to choose the dietary substitution method, in which 59 women performed one meal replacement every day. (4) outcome indicators: before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after the human body measurements and fasting biochemical tests. Results: The waist circumference and fasting blood glucose of women who took 1 meal substitution every day after intervention for 3 months decreased significantly. After 6 months of intervention, women who chose diet replacement method maintained better body weight than women who did not choose diet replacement method. Conclusion: Community weight loss project with dietary substitution method has good effect on body metabolism with low cost and feasibility.
