有些保安员在抢险救灾活动中、在与歹徒的斗争中,在艰苦岗位辛勤工作中受伤、患重病或牺牲。为解决保安队员后顾之忧,激发他们的工作热情,稳定队伍,湖北省武汉保安集团以“以人为本、以优待员”为管理核心,人力防范公司于2004年初在全市率先创办了“团结互助,扶危济困”的新型保安保障机制,大胆探索,设立了“保安福利互助基金”,取得了良好的效果。
Some security guards were injured, seriously ill or sacrificed in their hard work and rescue work in the disaster relief activities, in the struggle against criminals. In the beginning of 2004, the manpower prevention company pioneered the “solidarity, helping the poor and destitute” in the city. The new type of security support mechanism has boldly explored and set up the “Security and Welfare Mutual Assistance Fund” and achieved good results.
