和谐教育的思想,就是所有的人都能受到完善的教育,使之得到多方面的发展,成为和谐发展的人。班级是学生成长的土壤,班主任是班级工作的组织者、指导者,既是学生的师长,又是学生的朋友。和谐教育以人的自身发展需要与社会发展需要相和谐为宗旨,整体和谐、优化各种教育因素,创设和谐的育人氛围,使受教育者得到全面、和谐的发展。
The idea of a harmonious education means that all people can be well-educated so that they can develop in many ways and become harmonious people. Class is the soil for the growth of students. The class teacher is the organizer and director of the class work. It is both a student teacher and a student friend.
