本文叙述了由罗茨泵转子的理论型线求实际型线的方法、步骤。说明了根据理论型线求实际型线公式的推导。用电子计算机求实际型线的方法及其特点,并给出了电算程序。推导了该型线所围成的转子面积计算公式及面积利用系数公式。 以上内容经过实际运用证明能够得到比较精确的计算值,计算速度快、节省时间,同时也探索了利用计算机进行辅助设计的途径。
This paper describes the method and procedure of calculating the actual line by the theoretical line of Rotor pump rotor. Describes the theoretical line based on the actual line formula derived. The method of calculating the actual line by computer and its characteristics, and gives the computer program. The calculation formula of the area of the rotor enclosed by this profile and the coefficient of area utilization coefficient are deduced. The above contents have been proved to be able to get more accurate calculation value through practical application, which is fast in calculation speed and saves time, meanwhile, it also explores ways to use computer to assist design.
