“徽源白”梨为中熟品种。2013年12月,通过安徽省园艺学会园艺作物品种认定委员会认定登记,并定名。该品种平均单果重269.7 g。果实成熟时,不套袋果实果皮绿色、果点明显,套袋果皮为白色。果肉乳白色,质地细腻,水分足,口感脆爽,果心小,可食率高。果实可溶性固形物含量11.0%,可溶性糖8.62%,可滴定酸0.103%,维生素C
