目前针对衬砌构筑时机始终是隧道界讨论的热点问题,提出合理的支护时机对于围岩稳定是相当重要的。然而,其中大部分的有关二次衬砌的合理支护时机的研究都将围岩埋深因素忽略,研究针对茶林顶隧道,通过数值计算给出了不同性质围岩中二次衬砌的合理支护时机,深入研究了埋深对于二次衬砌合理支护时机的影响,从而提出了考虑埋深的修正后的二次衬砌合理支护时机的确定方法。本文得出的研究成果在实际工程的应用中取得了良好的应用效果,提出的支护时机确定方法,可资类似的隧道工程借鉴。
At present, the timing of lining construction is always a hot topic in the discussion of tunneling. It is very important to propose reasonable support timing for the stability of surrounding rock. However, most of the researches on the reasonable support time for the secondary lining neglect the burial depth of the surrounding rock. Aiming at the Chalin Tunnel, the reasonable support of the secondary lining in different types of surrounding rock is given by numerical calculation In this paper, the influence of buried depth on the timing of reasonable support of secondary lining is deeply studied, and then a modified method of determining the proper support timing for secondary lining is proposed. The research results obtained in this paper have achieved a good application effect in the practical engineering application, and the proposed method of determining the timing of support can be borrowed from similar tunneling projects.
