目的 探讨99mTc MAA灌注显像用于测定T/N(瘤 /非瘤肝组织摄取比值 )和PSI(肺分流指数 )的应用价值。方法 经皮下埋藏式输注泵注入 99m Tc MAA灌注显像检测 32例晚期肝癌患者。结果 显示导管位置合适者 2 8例 ,T/N为 3 .36 (0 .97~ 10 .6 7) ,PSI为 7.2 5 % (3.5 4%~ 43 .39% ) ,肺分流指数在 5 %以下占 5 3.6 %(15 / 2 8) ,5 %~ 15 %占 2 8.6 % (8/ 2 8) ,15 %以上 17.8% (5 / 2 8)。结论 99m Tc MAA灌注显像可以准确测定T/N和PSI,对指导晚期肝癌治疗有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 99mTc MAA perfusion imaging in the determination of T/N (tumor/non-neoplastic liver tissue uptake ratio) and PSI (pulmonary shunt index). Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were examined by subcutaneous infusion pump injected with 99m Tc MAA perfusion imaging. The results showed that the appropriate location of the catheter was 28 cases. The T/N was 3.36 (0.97 to 10.67), the PSI was 7.25% (3.54% to 43.39%), and the pulmonary shunt index was 5%. The following accounted for 5 3.6 % (15 / 28), 5 % ~ 15 % accounted for 2 8.6 % (8/28), and 15 % more than 17.8% (5/8). Conclusion 99m Tc MAA perfusion imaging can accurately determine T/N and PSI, which has good clinical application value in guiding the treatment of advanced liver cancer.
