Research on relevant data points out that in recent years, China’s overall competitiveness has declined. An important reason for the decline in competitiveness is the decline in scientific and technological innovation capabilities, and the decline in innovation capability lies in the fact that companies have not yet become the main body of technological innovation, but also in the serious shortage of scientific and technological development investment and the low efficiency of innovation system integration.
