针对老式环冷机风道连通,风量分布不均匀,影响冷却效果的问题,设计了一种环冷机风道风量调节装置。该装置一方面可以减少风机之间由于相互影响产生的风机效率低,达到节能的效果;另一方面可根据实际情况进行冷却能力调节,使得烧结矿冷却更加均匀,防止台车遇热变形和皮带烧损;对于设有烧结余热回收装置的系统,还可以使回收热能更加稳定。
