北京经济技术开发区是北京市唯一同时享受国家级经济技术开发区和国家高新技术产业园区双重优惠政策的国家级经济技术开发区。面对7000余家外商投资企业的20多万名职工,在工会组织等有关方面配合下,经过几年探索,开发区公共文化服务体系通过合众连横,积极吸引社会力量参与,与企业共建,与企业共享,文化公共服务取得了突破性进展,部分区域已经实现了一刻钟文体生活服务圈。
Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone is the only state-level economic and technological development zone in Beijing that enjoys the dual preferential policies of both national economic and technological development zones and national hi-tech industrial parks at the same time. Faced with more than 200,000 employees of more than 7,000 foreign-invested enterprises, with the cooperation of trade unions and other relevant parties, after several years of exploration, the public cultural service system of the Zone has been actively attracting the participation of social forces through corporate Lian Heng, Built, shared with enterprises, made breakthroughs in cultural public services, and some regions have achieved a quarter of a minute in style of life.
