本文针对粗骨料胶结充填技术存在的缺陷 ,提出了散体渗流充填技术。该项新技术是将速凝材料渗透在散体材料孔隙中 ,形成均质充填体 ,从而实现饱和胶结充填。它对胶结剂、散体材料以及两者的混合方式均不同于粗骨料胶结充填技术 ,具有简单实用、低投入高产出的特点 ,能够应用于设施简陋、开采技术条件复杂的难采矿体回采中 ,使传统的充填技术有了实质性的变化。经过详细论证、充填室内试验、充填系统设计 ,基本掌握了该技术的工艺参数、影响因素。该技术在某矿得到了应用 ,取得了较好的经济效益。
In this paper, aiming at the defects of the cemented filling technology of coarse aggregate, the seepage filling technique of the loose aggregate is put forward. The new technology is the quick-setting material infiltration in the pores of the bulk material to form a homogeneous filling body, in order to achieve a saturated cemented filling. It is different from the cementing agent, bulk material and mixing method of both, which has the characteristics of simple and practical, low input and high output. It can be applied to difficult mining with complicated facilities and complex mining technology In the process of mining, the traditional filling technology has undergone substantial changes. After detailed demonstration, filling laboratory test, filling system design, the basic grasp of the technical parameters of the process, the impact of factors. The technology has been applied in a mine and achieved good economic benefits.
