探讨了客运列车乘务员工作负荷前后尿中 β2 -微球蛋白、尿糖变化。结果表明 ,β2 -微球蛋白班前与班后比较变化显著 ( t=2 .30 1,P<0 .0 5)均值由上班前的 0 .140 5mg/ L,减少为 0 .10 94 mg/ L,而尿糖水平则无明显变化 ( P>0 .0 5)
The changes of urinary β2 - microglobulin and urine glucose before and after workload of passenger train are discussed. The results showed that the mean value of β2 - microglobulin before and after the shift was significantly lower (t = 2.301, P <0.05) from 0.405 mg / L before working to 0.10 94 mg / L, while urinary glucose levels did not change significantly (P> 0.05)
