行政机关的财务管理,是行政机关众多工作中的一个重点,是行政机关正常运行的物质基础。随着我国改革开放的不断深入,政治体制的改革不断深入发展,行政机关的财务管理工作作为政治体制的一个重要部分,也是政治体制改革中的一个重点。作为财务工作本身,其规范化被认为是行政机关财务管理改革工作的方向和归结点。但我国行政机关财务管理的规范化工作依然存在着一些问题,笔者在多年的行政机关财务管理工作中,不断从事着规范化财务管理的具体工作,本文将对这些工作中的思考进行具体的描述。
The financial management of an administrative organ is a key point in numerous tasks of the executive authorities and a material basis for the normal operation of an administrative organ. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the reform of the political system has been deepening. The financial management of the administrative organs as an important part of the political system is also a key point in the reform of the political system. As the financial work itself, its standardization is considered as the direction and conclusion of the financial management reform of the administrative organ. However, there are still some problems in the standardization of the financial administration in our country’s administrative organs. In the financial management of the administrative organ for many years, the author is constantly engaged in the specific work of standardizing financial management. This article will give a concrete description of the thinking in these works.
