楼面结构出现裂缝的原因十分复杂,有材料、温度变化等原因。但在目前,建筑楼面裂缝尚未引起工程人员足够重视,现浇钢筋混凝土楼面板的裂缝,是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,特别是住宅工程楼面出现裂缝,往往会引起投诉、纠纷以及索赔要求等。现浇砼楼面裂缝是较普遍存在的一种质量通病,本文从设计、施工等方面对裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,针对原因提出了一些防治措施。

This paper analyzes the causes of cracks from the aspects of design and construction, and puts forward some preventive measures according to the reasons.
