技能大赛作为展示高职院校学生才能的平台,对高职院校的发展产生很大影响,在学生的综合能力方面也有一定的提升作用,但同时也带来了一些不好的影响。本文通过技能大赛对商科类高职院校学生综合能力带来的有利影响和负面影响分析,并给出了相关解决措施。
Skill competition as a platform to display students ’qualifications in higher vocational colleges has a great influence on the development of higher vocational colleges and also has a certain promotion effect on students’ comprehensive ability. However, it also brings some bad influences. This article analyzes the beneficial effects and negative influences brought by skills competition on students’ comprehensive abilities in higher vocational colleges and gives some solutions.
