近年来,随着高铁的快速发展和航空客运成本的持续下降,道路旅客运输市场受到较大冲击,市场整体发展持续低迷,大部分客运经营者利润大幅下滑,甚至出现负增长,因此亟需新的利润源激发行业活力,保证道路客运行业持续健康发展。利用道路客运车辆空余的行李存储空间发展随车小件快运业务,开创“运邮结合”的新模式,成为了道路客运市场实现破局的有效途径。本文分析了内蒙古自治区道路客运市场发展“运邮结合”模式的优势,并从行业管理和企业运营两方面提出了发展建议,为该地区全面推进“运邮结合”模式提供了思路。
