目的:观察环磷酰胺治疗小鼠S180肉瘤的31PMRS参数变化,以及这些参数的变化是否早于常规观察的瘤体积的变化。方法:利用表面线圈31PNMR方法,并研究小鼠皮下接种S180肉瘤的体积。结果:对照组的PCr/Pi和βNTP/Pi比值降低,而环磷酰胺给药组升高,且给药后24、48、72h时显著高于对照组(P<005)。对照组的PME/βNTP比值继续升高,而给药组PME/βNTP比值在给药后24h、48h、72h时均显著低于对照组(P<005)。因此,对照组和给药组的PCr/Pi、PME/βNTP、βNTP/Pi比值在给药后24h时基本已具有显著性差别,这3个参数的变化均早于肿瘤体积的变化。结论:小鼠S180肉瘤的31PMRS不仅可以给出定量的结果,而且可以较早地显示出治疗的效果
OBJECTIVE: To observe changes in 31PMRS parameters in mice treated with cyclophosphamide for S180 sarcoma, and whether changes in these parameters were earlier than those observed in conventional tumor volume changes. Methods: The surface coil 31P NMR method was used to study the volume of subcutaneous S180 sarcoma inoculated in mice. Results: The PCr/Pi and β-NTP/Pi ratios in the control group decreased, but the cyclophosphamide administration group increased, and were significantly higher at 24, 48, and 72 hours after administration than in the control group (P<0. 05). The ratio of PME/β-NTP in the control group continued to increase, while the ratio of PME/β-NTP in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 24h, 48h, and 72h after administration (P<005). Therefore, the ratios of PCr/Pi, PME/βNTP, and βNTP/Pi in the control group and the drug administration group had significant differences at 24 h after administration, and the changes of these three parameters were all earlier than the tumor volume. Variety. Conclusion: The 31PMRS of mouse S180 sarcoma can not only give quantitative results, but also show the effect of treatment earlier.
