馆藏文献的数字化是网络信息资源和数字图书馆建设的基础。然而目前馆藏文献数字化中存在的知识产权问题却成为数字图书馆发展的瓶颈,也是数字图书馆规划与建设不能回避的问题。本文将结合我国数字化信息资源建设实际,在分析馆藏文献数字化过程中的知识产权风险的基础上,提出相应的对策。供从事数字图书馆建设的专家参考。
Digitization of collection documents is the foundation of network information resources and digital library construction.
