长春郊区农业机械化技术推广站(前身是农机研究所)有15名职工,是一支比较精干的技术队伍。1971年成立以来,特别是1978年正式改为技术推广站以后,他们在引进推广先进技术,促进本地区农业机械化发展方面做出了成绩。近三年来,共引进悬挂旋耕机、氢铵施肥器等17种样机,推广了83台,件,其中蔬菜机械15种(30台、件)。使一大批外地的科研成果在长春郊区转化成了生产力。他们的经验是: 一、正确认识技术推广的意义,自觉做好技术推广工作。他们原来承担长春郊区农业机械化科研任务,在实践中发现课题重复太多,浪费人力、物力、财力。而且,他们深深地感到,有了机具,推广不开,生产力照样不能提高。因此,他们抽调了一部分
