This article reports that two groups of children were vaccinated with two and three doses of hepatitis B vaccine in the endemic area of Hepatitis B in Senegal to compare their immunization effects. The experiment was divided into two groups: 72 children in Group 1 (mean age 13.3 months) received two doses of Hepatitis B vaccine at intervals of two months; 111 children in Group 2 (mean age 14.1
