病案是医院信息资源的重要组成部分,不但广泛应用于医疗、教学、科研、管理活动中,而且在司法、保险等部门常常被作为凭证使用。文章探讨兼备先进性和实用性的医院病案现代存储方式开发及应用的可行性方案,分析实施光盘存储方式过程中存在的优点和缺陷。发现目前病案光盘存储的应用普通存在医院领导认识方面不足及认证方面需要一个较长的阶段。提出医院要不断地调整现有的病案管理模式,接受新生事物,才能使病案光盘储存成为现实。
Medical records are an important part of hospital information resources, not only widely used in medical, teaching, scientific research, management activities, but also in the judiciary, insurance and other departments are often used as a voucher. This article discusses the feasibility and feasibility of developing modern hospital medical records with both modernity and practicability, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of implementing optical storage. It is found that the current application of medical record storage is not common in hospital leadership and certification needs a longer period. Proposed that the hospital should continue to adjust the existing medical record management model to accept the new things in order to make the case CD-ROM become a reality.
