暴力阻碍交通警察执法,是一种严重的违法行为,它不仅对当事人和交警带来了身体和财产上的损失,而且违背了法律基本价值,损害了法律的尊严,严重阻碍了法制化进程。丹阳等苏南地区交通发达,人口密集,极好的反映了当前交警在执勤和处理事故出现被阻碍执法的问题。因此,本文以该地区作为研究样本,从社会、交通警察和违法为人行角度入手,分析问题,思考出现这类违法行为出现的原因。在此基础上,进一步分析原因,找到突破口,提出意见解决措施来改善现在冲突严重现状,更好的服务和方便群众,加快法制化进程,促进社会和谐。
Violence impedes traffic police enforcement, which is a serious illegal act. It not only causes physical and property losses to parties and traffic police, but also violates the basic value of law, undermines the dignity of the law and seriously impedes the legalization process. Danyang and other southern Jiangsu developed traffic, densely populated, excellent reflection of the current traffic police on duty and deal with the emergence of obstruction of law enforcement problems. Therefore, this article takes this area as the research sample, starts from the social, traffic police and illegal acts as pedestrians, analyzes the problems, and ponders over the causes of such illegal acts. On this basis, we should further analyze the reasons, find breakthroughs, propose measures for resolving the problems to improve the current serious status quo, better serve and facilitate the masses, speed up the process of legalization and promote social harmony.
