公平与效率的关系在一定意义上是一个重大的政治问题。从历史上看,能否正确认识和处理二者的关系,直接关系到经济发展和政治稳定的大局。我国正处于全面建设小康社会,开创中国特色社会主义新局面的历史时期,实现社会公平对于保持经济的可持续发展和维护社会政治稳定具有至关重要的意义。
In a certain sense, the relationship between fairness and efficiency is a major political issue. Historically, whether we can correctly understand and deal with the relationship between the two is directly related to the overall situation of economic development and political stability. Our country is in a historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of vital importance to realize social fairness in order to maintain the sustainable economic development and maintain social and political stability.
