目的 探讨自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)心肌间质胶原的形态变化及对心功能的影响。 方法 取左心室壁 ,经四氧化锇细胞浸渍和氢氧化钠细胞浸渍方法处理 ,在扫描电镜下观察。 结果 正常大鼠 (WKY)心肌细胞周围主要存在有粗细两种胶原纤维并互相交织成网。在自发性高血压大鼠 ,粗纤维呈腱样增宽增厚 ,在心肌细胞周围排列呈栅栏状 ;胶原网变得致密 ,在血管周围呈毡片样增厚。 结论 高血压心肌肥厚时 ,心肌胶原粗纤维的变化可能是心壁僵硬度改变的主要原因 ,胶原网的形态变化可能影响心肌细胞功能。
Objective To investigate the morphological changes of cardiac interstitial collagen in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and its influence on cardiac function. Methods The left ventricular wall was taken and treated with osmium tetroxide cells and impregnated with sodium hydroxide. The cells were observed under scanning electron microscope. Results There were mainly two types of collagen fibers in the surrounding of myocardial cells of normal rats (WKY), which were intertwined with each other. In spontaneously hypertensive rats, crude fibers showed a tendon-like broadening and thickening, arranged in a palisade pattern around the cardiomyocytes; the collagen network became dense and felt like a thickening of the linoleum around the blood vessels. Conclusions The changes of myocardial collagen fibrils may be the main reason for the change of stiffness of cardiac wall in the hypertensive myocardium. The morphological changes of collagen network may affect the function of myocardial cells.
