随着经济和科学技术的发展与进步,世界各国各地区之间的竞争日益,这就使我国国有煤矿企业的党建思想政治工作面临着更加严峻地挑战。因此国有煤矿企业必须充分重视党建思想政治工作的重要性,培养员工形成健全的人格和高尚的道德品质,这也是应对新形势、新发展的重要体现。
With the development and progress of economy, science and technology, the competition among countries and regions in the world is becoming increasingly more and more challenged. This makes the ideological and political work of party building in the state-owned coal mining enterprises in our country more challenging. Therefore, the state-owned coal mining enterprises must give full attention to the importance of the ideological and political work of the Party building and cultivate the employees to form a sound personality and noble moral quality. This is also an important manifestation of coping with the new situation and new developments.
