硅锰含量对10CrSiNiCu钢低温韧性的影响的研究结果表明:通过降硅增锰,钢的强度略有增加,低温韧性大幅度提高,韧脆转折温度降低约50℃,裂纹扩展功显著提高,晶粒细化和硅的有害作用减弱是韧性提高的主要原因。
The results of the study on the influence of silicon and manganese content on the low temperature toughness of 10CrSiNiCu steel show that the strength of the steel increases slightly and the low temperature toughness increases slightly with the increase of silicon content and the temperature of ductile and brittle transition decreases about 50 ℃. Decreasing the detrimental effects of grain refinement and silicon is the main reason for the increased toughness.
