研究了5种不同基质的理化特性及其对生姜试管苗移栽后成活率和生长的影响.结果表明:泥炭和泥炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1(V∶V)两种基质的体积质量(比重)、质量分数(容重)、总孔隙度、EC值和pH值等理化性能较好.用5种不同基质移栽组培苗后,生姜试管苗株高的差异不显著,而根长、成活率、单株鲜物质量和单株干物质量达到了显著差异,而且泥炭和泥炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1(V∶V)两种基质的各个生长指标都超过了其他3个处理.
