新课程改革在我校实施已经有四年了,我作为第一批课改实践者在经历了四年的磨砺后已经由稚嫩渐渐走向成熟。就我校《堂堂棒》实施方案谈谈自己课改四年以来在教学上的一些收获,与同仁们分享。一、课改首先要转变观念,改变自己的备课思路刚实施课改时,我也是觉得多此一举,用以前的教学方法、教学模式照样能出成绩。但是在县级一次抽考中,我才真正感受到这两种教学模式的差距。在这次抽考中我们班的成绩很不理想,在此之前我加班加点、又是题海
