中国社科院2009年底发布经济蓝皮书称,我国房价收入比超出合理承受范围,85%的家庭无能力买房,2009年城镇居民收入房价比达到8.3倍,大大超出合理承受范围。
According to the Blue Book of Economic Issues released by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences at the end of 2009, the price-to-income ratio of our house exceeded the reasonable range of affordability and 85% of households were unable to buy a house. In 2009, the ratio of urban residents’ income to house price reached 8.3 times, well beyond the reasonable affordability.
