职场太无聊,要创“中式脱口秀”2011年,小王从加拿大回国,在一家世界500强公司做财务管理。作为一名海归,有一阵子,小王对周围的生活环境不是很习惯。比如说国内年轻白领的业余生活,除了K歌就是打麻将,无聊透顶。他喜欢在工作中开开玩笑,在国外的职场文化中,这是有创造力和幽默感的表现,但在国内,很多人就开不起这个玩笑,甚至觉得小王很怪、很好笑。小王并不觉得“怪”是个贬义词。
