宝成铁路嘉陵江11号大桥位于聂家湾与徽县两车站间的崇山之中,是1981年8月遭受特大洪水毁坏最严重的桥梁,4孔钢梁坠水,三个主流墩拦腰折断,见图1。主要原因系桥下净空严重不足,洪水高出梁底达1m多。
Baocheng Railway Jialing River Bridge No. 11 in Niejiawan and Huixian between the two stations among the mountains, in 1981 August suffered the most serious floods destroyed the most serious bridge, 4 hole steel beam crashed, the three main pier block down the waist ,see picture 1. The main reason is that there is a serious shortage of clearance under the bridge and the flooding is more than 1m above the bottom of the beam.
