目的分析吸毒人群安全套使用的影响因素。方法对曲靖市2009-2013年强制戒毒所每年新入所吸毒者开展行为学问卷调查,使用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,并使用SPSS 19.0进行数据处理和统计分析。结果共调查2 148人,最近1次性行为、最近1次与配偶性行为和最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率分别为19.50%~75.19%、21.60%~78.57%、36.89%~100.00%;非条件Logistic回归分析显示,大专及以上学历(OR=1.023,95%CI:1.182~12.693)、艾滋病知晓(OR=2.397,95%CI:1.716~3.348)、同伴教育(OR=3.007,95%CI:1.153~7.839)3个因素是吸毒者安全套使用的促进因素,而小学学历(OR=0.510,95%CI:0.355~0.732)是不使用安全套的危险因素。结论曲靖市吸毒者性行为发生率高,安全套使用率低,应加强小学学历的吸毒者的健康教育和干预,提高安全套使用率。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of condom use among drug users. Methods A behavioral questionnaire survey was conducted on newly admitted drug abusers in mandatory detoxification centers in the city of Qujing from 2009 to 2013. Epidata 3.0 was used to establish a database and SPSS 19.0 was used for data processing and statistical analysis. Results A total of 2 148 people were surveyed, the most recent one time sexual behavior, the most recent one and spouse sexual behavior and the last commercial sexual behavior were 19.50% -75.19%, 21.60% -78.57% and 36.89% -100.00% respectively. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that college education and above (OR = 1.023, 95% CI: 1.182-12.693), AIDS awareness (OR = 2.397, 95% CI: 1.716-3.348) CI: 1.153 ~ 7.839). Three factors contributed to the condom use among drug users. Primary school education (OR = 0.510, 95% CI: 0.355-0.732) was a risk factor for not using condoms. Conclusion The incidence of sexual abuse among drug abusers in Qujing City is high, and the rate of condom use is low. Health education and intervention for drug addicts with primary education should be strengthened and condom use rate should be increased.
