为构建有效的法律防范体系,更好地解决国际贸易争端,维护我国企业的合法权益,根据《对外贸易法》第56条和《行政许可法》第13条的规定,司法部中华全国律师函授中心与商务部中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会联合开展国际经贸风险管理师(管理员)的培训认证工作。2007年全国统一考试于5月27日举行,上午9:00-11:00是国际贸易法律与实务,下午13:00-16:00是国际经济法律与实务。考试报名工作于5月18日截止。
In order to establish an effective legal guard system, solve international trade disputes better and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, according to Article 56 of the Foreign Trade Law and Article 13 of the Administrative Licensing Law, the All-China Lawyers Correspondence Department of the Ministry of Justice The Center and the China Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Enterprise Association of the Ministry of Commerce jointly carry out training and certification of international trade and economic risk management division (administrator). 2007 National Uniform Examination was held on May 27, 9: 00-11: 00 am International Trade Law and Practice, and 13: 00-16: 00 pm is an international economic law and practice. The exam registration deadline on May 18.
