半连续工艺已成为露天矿剥采工艺的一个重要技术发展方向。本文着重探讨深露天矿半连续运煤系统.涉及所采用的运煤工艺与设备,运煤开拓坑道的布置,以及破碎机站形式等因素。实例研究证明,在深露天矿中采用半连续运输工艺取代单一卡车(或铁道)运输可获得显著经济效益;半连续运煤系统的选择与矿床赋存条件及露天矿全局性的技术决策有密切关系,应因地制宜做出抉择。
Semi-continuous process has become an open pit mining stripping technology an important technical direction. This article focuses on semi-continuous coal mining system of deep open-pit mines. Involving coal handling technology and equipment used, open pit coal transport layout, and the form of crusher station and other factors. The case study proves that the semi-continuous transportation technology can replace the single truck (or railway) transport in deep open-pit mines to obtain significant economic benefits. The selection of semi-continuous coal transportation system is closely related to the deposit conditions and the overall technological decision-making of the open-pit mines Relations should be based on local conditions to make a choice.
