当前,建筑施工企业普遍存在经 营攻击力不强,管理水平不高,项目控 制不严的问题。解决这些问题,一个最 直接的办法是抓科技。实施科技“三 进”,即科技进经营、进管理、进项目, 运用科技的手段、科学的方法,解决经 营、管理和项目实施中存在的问题,要 注意完善两个体系,建立一个平台,紧 扣三个重点、防止三种倾向。
