压裂液主要由各种化学剂组成,包括稠化剂、交联剂、pH值调节剂、破胶剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂和助排剂等。影响压裂液性能的因素很多,不仅包括压裂液添加剂的类型和用量,同时还受配液条件如温度和剪切条件的影响,由于现场施工条件、配液条件的改变,使现场的压裂液性能与实验室内的研究存在较大的差异,如果解决不好,将直接影响压裂的成功与否,甚至严重影响油气的产量。
