一、课程性质《茶文化与茶艺》是旅游管理专业的一门专业基础课,也是旅游管理专业人才培养目标中重要的技能之一。本课程是连接学生与就业之间的重要课程,对学生职业能力培养和职业素养的养成起着支撑和促进作用。本课程与前导专业基础课程及其他课程、后续课程关系紧密,起着强化前导课程的效果,同时也是实习前专业能力的最后强化,使学生能力与企业要求、岗位要求、工作能力达到零距离对接。二、参考学时及学分
