“张嘴—闭嘴”运动,是一种简便易行的强身健脑法,尤其适合老年人练习。每天早晨起床后,走到空气新鲜的地方,将嘴巴最大限度地张开,向外哈一口气,然后用力吸一口气再闭合起来。这样有节奏地一张一合嘴巴,连续100~200下,直到面部感觉微微发热为止,所用的时间为3~6分钟。
