目的分析成都市幼儿园儿童体格发育变化趋势,为集体儿童保健工作提供更有针对性的建议。方法按照《托儿所、幼儿园卫生保健工作管理办法》[1]的要求,对成都市2006-2010年幼儿园体检结果进行统计分析。结果 2006-2010年成都市集体儿童体格发育正常率呈波浪式上升;低体重、生长发育迟缓、消瘦、肥胖、轻度贫血患病率整体呈下降趋势,但有波动;而视力筛查阳性率、患龋率则呈上升趋势。结论幼儿园应针对儿童视力不良和龋齿,进一步加强干预和管理。
Objective To analyze the trend of physical development of children in kindergartens in Chengdu and to provide more targeted suggestions for collective child health care. Methods According to the “Nursery, kindergarten health care management approach” [1] requirements, the kindergarten in Chengdu from 2006 to 2010, the results of the physical examination for statistical analysis. Results In 2006-2010, the normal rate of physical development of children in Chengdu showed a wave-like rise. The prevalence of low birth weight, growth retardation, weight loss, obesity and mild anemia decreased as a whole, but the positive rate of vision screening , Caries prevalence rate is on the rise. Conclusion Kindergarten should be aimed at children with poor eyesight and dental caries to further strengthen the intervention and management.
