采用玉米秸秆微晶纤维素(CSCMC)作为增强剂,生物可降解材料聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为基体,制备了PVA/CSCMC复合膜材料,并对复合膜的结构、热稳定性能、力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,玉米秸秆微晶纤维素可增强复合膜材料的热稳定性能和力学性能。当CSCMC的质量分数为10%时增强效果最佳,与纯的PVA膜相比,复合膜的起始分解温度和最大重量损失率温度分别提高了19.25℃和17.17℃,拉伸强度提高了37.91%,断裂伸长率提高了58.93%。
PVA / CSCMC composite membrane material was prepared by using corn stalk microcrystalline cellulose (CSCMC) as reinforcing agent and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as biodegradable material. The structure, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composite membrane were also studied The test. The results show that corn stalk microcrystalline cellulose can enhance the thermal stability and mechanical properties of composite membrane materials. When the mass fraction of CSCMC is 10%, the enhancement effect is the best. Compared with the pure PVA film, the initial decomposition temperature and the maximum weight loss rate of the composite film increased by 19.25 ℃ and 17.17 ℃, respectively, and the tensile strength increased by 37.91 %, Elongation at break increased 58.93%.
