随着公社运输事业的发展,我县12个公社已先后建立了交通运输经营管理站,车船与职工人数日渐增加,运量不断上升。但在经营管理工作上,出现了一些新问题,这就是:业务调度混乱,车辆放空,浪费运力;财务帐目不清,统计数字不完整等。因此,经营管理工作已成为公社运输生产中的薄弱环节。为了迅速改变这种落后面貌,提高管理人员的业务水平,在县委和县人委的直接领导下,开办了短期会计、业务员训练班。
With the development of transportation in the commune, 12 communes in our county have successively set up transportation management stations. The number of vehicles, ships and workers is increasing day by day. However, there are some new problems in management. This is the chaos of business scheduling, the emptying of vehicles, the waste of capacity, the unclear financial accounts and incomplete statistics. Therefore, the operation and management have become the weakest link in commune transportation and production. In order to quickly change this backwardness and improve the management level of the staff, the county party committee and the county people’s committee under the direct leadership of running a short-term accounting, sales training courses.
