目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对巨大外生性子宫肌瘤供血动脉的显示情况及在定位诊断中的价值。资料与方法搜集经手术证实的子宫肌瘤且行腹盆部CT增强扫描的患者资料56例,采用容积再现(VR)血管生长技术(AV)进行血管重组,了解肿瘤供血动脉的特点,并与手术结果对照,分析其定位诊断的准确性。结果 56例66个子宫肌瘤中,供血动脉显影率100%(66/66),双侧子宫动脉子宫支(UB)供血的发生率98.5%(65/66),卵巢动脉(OA)侧支供血发生率33%(37/112),肿瘤起源诊断准确率96.4%(54/56)。结论子宫肌瘤主要由双侧UB供血,部分患者OA参与侧支供血。
Objective To investigate the display of giant spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) on the feeding arteries of giant uterine fibroids and its value in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Materials and Methods Fifty-six patients with surgically-proven uterine fibroids underwent CT-enhanced abdominal abdomen scanning were enrolled. Vascular remodeling was performed using Volume Renovascular Vascular Growth (AV) to understand the characteristics of tumor-supplying arteries. The results of control, analysis of the accuracy of its positioning diagnosis. Results In 56 cases of 66 cases of uterine fibroids, the rate of blood supply artery imaging was 100% (66/66), the rate of uterine artery (UB) blood supply was 98.5% (65/66), the side of ovary artery (OA) The incidence of blood supply was 33% (37/112), and the diagnostic accuracy of tumor origin was 96.4% (54/56). Conclusion Uterine fibroids mainly by bilateral UB blood supply, some patients with OA involved in lateral blood supply.
