2015年5月以来,安徽省各地农机部门进一步拓宽补贴机具的核实手段,依托购机补贴辅助管理系统(以下简称“补贴系统”)中生产企业上传的产品信息(样机照片、产品铭牌、检测报告等),对购机者申报的补贴机具明示信息进行核查。其中,发现某品牌企业大功率拖拉机的“实物铭牌信息”与补贴系统里的“上传铭牌信息”不一致。主要体现在“实物铭牌信息”中的产品执行标准无年号,结构质量减少过多;而“上传铭牌信息”中的产品执行标准
