虽然近些年农村幼教受到各级政府部门的重视,但幼儿教师非专业出身的现象仍然存在,即使是幼教专业的教师,当他们进入农村任教后,部分教师的思想也出现懈怠。作为管理者,在农村教师这样的现状下,激发教师职业追求的热情,提高教师的专业技能是保证农村幼儿园保教质量的重点。同时,农村幼儿获得良好的早期教育也离不开一支合格、高素质的幼儿教师队伍。
Although rural preschool education has received the attention of government departments at all levels in recent years, the phenomenon of non-professional preschool children still exists. Even teachers who teach preschool education, when they enter the rural areas, make some teachers’ thoughts slacken. As managers, under the current situation of rural teachers, to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to pursue their profession and to improve teachers’ professional skills are the key points to ensure the quality of teaching in rural kindergartens. At the same time, young children in rural areas have good early education can not be separated from a qualified, high-quality kindergarten teachers.
