波形钢腹板是采用波形钢腹板代替传统的混凝土腹板的一种组合梁桥,钢腹板的定位与安装不仅影响结构本身受力,而且影响成桥后受力状态以及成桥线形。该文以裕溪河大桥为工程背景对钢腹板的定位方法进行探讨研究,结合实际施工情况,采用通过两条不共线直线确定一个平面的方法对钢腹板空间位置的确定,通过实测数据与理论数据的对比以及现场施工操作论证了其可行性和实用性。同时运用专业有限元软件Midas/Civil及Midas FEA建模对钢腹板安装过程进行结构受力变形分析,确认对钢腹板安装施工工序优化的可行性。
The corrugated steel web is a kind of composite beam bridge which uses the corrugated steel web instead of the traditional concrete web. The positioning and installation of the steel web not only affects the structure itself but also affects the stress state after completion of the bridge and the linear shape of the bridge. In this paper, Yuxi River Bridge as the engineering background of steel web positioning method to explore the study, combined with the actual construction, through the use of two non-collinear lines to determine a plane method to determine the spatial location of steel web, measured The comparison between the data and the theoretical data and the on-site construction operation demonstrate its feasibility and practicability. At the same time, the finite element software Midas / Civil and Midas FEA modeling were used to analyze the structural deformation of the steel web during the installation, and the feasibility of optimizing the steel web installation and construction process was confirmed.
