In this paper, the completely nonlinear Boussinesq model is used to simulate the second-order long-wave resonances in a narrow rectangular harbor induced by two-color wave groups. Based on a method of separating low-frequency waves in the harbor, the effects of the wavelength and amplitude of incident shortwave on the amplitude and relative composition of the in-phase and in-phase longwave waves under four lowest resonant modes of the harbor are systematically studied. The results show that both the phase-locked and the free-form long-wave amplitudes increase with the increase of the short-wavelength wavelength in the specific port and short-wave frequency and amplitude range studied in this paper, and the phase- The amplitude of free longwave is often greater than the values of the other three modalities. Under each resonant mode, the amplitudes of the long-term and free-long waves both vary in a square relationship with the incident short-wave amplitude, but their amplitude ratios are hardly affected by the incident short-wave amplitude.
